He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, adjunct law school professor at John Marshall Law School in Chicago; and author of the books Alternative Dispute Resolution (Oxford University Press 2009), Intellectual Property for Professional Speakers, Trainers and Meeting Planners (2009), and Guiding Rights: Trademarks, Copyright and the Internet (2003).
